What are the best aspects of this product?

Agiloft is the type of product that can do lots of things to keep your customers happy and secure your business. The staff behind this product has been very supportive ever since. Also, we were able to avail of this software at a good price. So it's a complete package.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to customize the app so it would be easier for me to find the things that I need and use every day. But I cannot do it myself so I always have to call for help.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is easier to monitor the status of our current projects. It keeps us organized by easily delegating tasks to staff members without the need to micromanage each one of them. It plays a big role in enhancing productivity that is why everybody loves it.
