What are the best aspects of this product?
It is not that easy to find a help desk for a legal firm, that makes me assume that Agiloft was designed with the idea to serve any business. It is not meant to serve the needs of any industry in particular, and that's why its price is actually normal. We implemented it where possible, from BPM to contact management, and our administrators learnt the bolts and nuts in every aspect of our perfomance. As a result, we don't let mistakes just happen, as we did before.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Unless you know how powerful it is, you want be jar-dropped by its looks. It feels more uncomfortable than its competitors, and I think many people refuse to use it because of it. Let me be more precise: You go on their website, and you are instantly overwhelmed by ads and pop ups. You try to navigate, but navigation is unwield, and you have to pass several steps to finish something very simple. Doesn't remind of any other app, and it is not intuitive, I don't know how some users can say this. The thing, however, is to be aware of this flaw, and to accept it. It is not worth to sacrifice its amazing features because of it, at least I didn't do it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being a legal firm, we had few absolutely different processes to bring under one roof (Cotracts, IT service, Customer service, etc). Agiloft was a solution for everything, and we can manage things we had no chance to manage before.
