PROS: The second name of Agiloft is streamlined operations, it is simply the most flexible tool we've ever used. At the beginning, we were only looking for a help desk that will improve communication with our customers, but it turned out that we got ourselves a treasure coffin. Day by day, Agiloft pushed its way in every department, and became irreplaceable for all communication facets even within the organization. The main benefit we experienced was having customer information displayed to everbody's attention, and we used cross referencing to integrate Agiloft with our other systems, and to track performance from all possible aspects.

CONS: The UI is not that perfect, if you ask me.Certain parts look really outdated, and searching and replacing items can confuse even the most careful user. Once they simplify the process, and exclude at least few of those annoying pop ups, the program will become perfect.

PROS: It is not that easy to find a help desk for a legal firm, that makes me assume that Agiloft was designed with the idea to serve any business. It is not meant to serve the needs of any industry in particular, and that's why its price is actually normal. We implemented it where possible, from BPM to contact management, and our administrators learnt the bolts and nuts in every aspect of our perfomance. As a result, we don't let mistakes just happen, as we did before.

CONS: Unless you know how powerful it is, you want be jar-dropped by its looks. It feels more uncomfortable than its competitors, and I think many people refuse to use it because of it. Let me be more precise: You go on their website, and you are instantly overwhelmed by ads and pop ups. You try to navigate, but navigation is unwield, and you have to pass several steps to finish something very simple. Doesn't remind of any other app, and it is not intuitive, I don't know how some users can say this. The thing, however, is to be aware of this flaw, and to accept it. It is not worth to sacrifice its amazing features because of it, at least I didn't do it.

PROS: Their flexibility fascinates me day by day, I still can't believe I'm using a single tool to perform so many actions. I've implemented business process apps for most of my clients, and I've found a way to use it for many other purposes (Workflow, Project and Document Management, and Help Desk, of course). Customization is browser-specific, and once you get hands around it, you get to implement this software in every aspect of your business, and that will save you more money than you can possibly imagine. Very reliable too, I almost forgot that.

CONS: I often wish there were more modern and specific templates, the ones they have always resemble each other. They release few here and there, but they should do it more often. In fact, those of you who can roll out their own solutions don't even have to care about it, it is more of an advantage for them.

PROS: Agiloft is all about connection-connecting us with customer support, and connecting customers with us. Developed by a creative and honest team, Agiloft has been nothing but helpful to us, quite realistic with time frames and budget demands from the very beginning. They even did a specific demo for us, and I was impressed by the features it contained. The first thing I liked was the easiness of creating new contacts, and then the insight on the support team and all they can do for us. We tried with few questions, and it turned out true. We implemented it in a very organized and professional way, and I don't understand why some users say that it is impossible to set it up alone.

CONS: My experience is amazing, I didn't have problems with any aspect of this software. We used all of the resources, and we improved our performance. It can work with any form, and edit everything, that I know for sure.

PROS: Agiloft admins as myslef are lucky people, because they have an amazing control panel to edit features as they want. We are much more independent from customer support, in the sense that we solve problems internally, involving only consultants or some light engineering. My personal favorite are permissions becuase I am the one in charge of deciding who is going to see what in the database. The permissions brak down to user level, and that helps me stay organized.

CONS: Data changes can go out of control, but that's not that bad because you can easily recover data you've lost. The problem happens while you're actually changing something, the process is really slow.

PROS: I wasn't that lucky with help desks before, so I approached Agiloft with a dose of fear and concern. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its easiness and painless installation, and that's the feeling I've had ever since. Software is there to help you do your work, not to make it even more difficult, and if the price is off-the-shelf, that's just amazing. The biggest value derives from the fact that features are customizable, so we take Agiloft really personally, and we include it on every stage of our workflow. Customer service is impeccable for the price-we are just a small business that doesn't even contribute to their popularity, but they treat us as highly valued clients that deserve an instant response to their questions.

CONS: There wasn't any problem to set it up, as I said, but adjusting our workflow to it was a bit of an issue. It was probably my fault to act stingy when I could have asked for their implementation service instead of doing it myself. We managed, however, and we have no complaints since.

PROS: This is the first CRM that had all moduls we needed from the beginning, in all other cases we were supposed to pay additional feeds to integrate a new module. Working in the program is too simple, you just locate the feature that you want to use, you modify it to satisfy your needs, and your work is done. Our favorite feature is how Agiloft supports the development of our business, because it improves its functionality on every step we take.

CONS: Flexibility is obviously very good, but too overwhelming for my taste. I don’t even need it, and I'm still committed to follow online trainings that last an entire week and tackle details I don’t want to know. They should run the course offline, or give materials maybe, this way I just can't handle following the tempo of their improvements.

PROS: Scalable and flexible program, that's true. I often wonder if there is something it can't do, I guess not. Believe it or not, it excludes thinking-everything is there, served to you, and you only take what you need. The system grows as you grow, following every new process you've implemented, and adapting to every new user. Of course, you're not supposed to do custom coding, which is why both development and deploying happen much faster. The alert feature is their best idea, now users can notice missing choices and dysfunctional items in seconds, and they get their answers fast.

CONS: Technical cons are rare in this system, unless you're really nitpicky, or you want something really specific. What I dislike the most is their messy interface and the pop ups that sometimes stop me from locating a record in a timely manner. Otherwise it's fine.

PROS: My company uses Agiloft to manage documents and to create tickets. Our experience is highly satisfactory because we don't lose time setting up dashboards, and we navigate the app quite intuitively. The system adjusted to our workflow painlessly, and we automated back ups (.xml.ew) to integrate them with our Commvault security solution. We like this system, and we recommend it to everybody.

CONS: So far, so good, all of our demands are taken into consideration. In future, we expect MySQL back end servers, and improved timing (especially for Jboss, that sometimes takes even 20 minutes to render!). I will notify support about it, and I will return with some extra feedback once everything is done.

PROS: Rather than a company, I'd describe us as a platform where many partners join forces to sell and promote products and services. We are a 'rare flower' on the market, right because everybody knows this is a challenging task to mess with. Our primary goal was and is to find software that does everything under one roof, from sales to help desk and CRM, and Agiloft comes pretty close to our perfect one. Didn't require time and configuration to run efficiently since day one, and I even think we underestimated what it can do. I am honestly a crazy fan, and I promote it wherever I have such possibility.

CONS: Nothing is perfect, so there are downfalls even here. I mind the daunting complexity of several features, and the configuration that has a steep learning curve of its own. The demo is great, but they could include some more useful tutorial there, we don't have their experience after all!
