What are the best aspects of this product?
Agiloft is all about connection-connecting us with customer support, and connecting customers with us. Developed by a creative and honest team, Agiloft has been nothing but helpful to us, quite realistic with time frames and budget demands from the very beginning. They even did a specific demo for us, and I was impressed by the features it contained. The first thing I liked was the easiness of creating new contacts, and then the insight on the support team and all they can do for us. We tried with few questions, and it turned out true. We implemented it in a very organized and professional way, and I don't understand why some users say that it is impossible to set it up alone.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My experience is amazing, I didn't have problems with any aspect of this software. We used all of the resources, and we improved our performance. It can work with any form, and edit everything, that I know for sure.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Many positive effects and benefits, such as easy access to forms and contracts, and managing contacts. I am very glad tat Agiloft is not like other help desks, and it works even for non-tech organizaitons. A customer support team like theirs is hard to find, so I am a fan, probably the biggest one they have!
