What are the best aspects of this product?

Aircall is really a very practical application . This allows us to share a single number and get incoming calls . Moreover, the application is really easy to use. Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the WiFi connection is insufficient and causes Aircall to suffer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were not able to provide landlines for each employee. With Aircall, just a simple installation of the application was enough to get us going and have everyone to take incoming calls .
