Pros:
Aircall is user-friendly, which translates to quick adoption and implementation for our business. The transition from Talkdesk was seamless and took less amount of time than expected. Once we got Aircall running, our agents are on a roll.

Cons:
It lacks Hipchat integration but this is more of a niche need than anything else. I would welcome lots of third party integration although it already works with ZenDesk.

Pros:
The ease of use and the ability to launch a new phone number with a few clicks were my reason to become a customer of Aircall. As a customer, I found out how user-friendly the Aircall applications are and that's definitely a plus. If their customer service was just as good as their applications, I might even recommend people.

Cons:
I think tacitly and unilaterally changing the terms of an agreement is a sin for every self-respecting company. On my invoice of this month suddenly there was a different amount. This was $ 12.00 since March 2016, but it was suddenly raised to $ 40.00. The same amount appeared to have been debited from my credit card last month.Inquiry resulted in a story about emails in which they would have announced the change. I never received these emails, otherwise I would have taken immediate action. Fortunately, the last bill has been refunded now. I do, however, want to warn people who are considering using Aircall: price increases are made without notice.
