An imperative tool for startups!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I simply love how I don't have to register to an internet provider to get another number for our company. Everything I need is already within just one communication software. I also love that I am in total control over the rules of calls and their distribution among my colleagues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The sad part is that I can't pick my phone number. The software just gave me a random number.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Aircall, I can easily assign and switch people to man our phone lines.
