The customization options are just great. We are in absolute control to what the customers hear as well as the on hold messages and more. The ability to also have ext projects our company as a bigger than what we are and that helps in cultivating trust among our clients. The software is regularly updated and we are always informed of these changes.

We can't think of anything that we dislike about Aircall. It has everything we need and updates are rolled out constantly.
