Excellent phone tool with reliable customer support

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to provide a lot of international numbers that our customers can use to contact us and not spend so much time manning the service. We also love how responsive and impressive Aircall's customer support is.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We hope they roll out a native mobile app for Android. The Android has the biggest share of the smartphone market and it will definintely be a hit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have a platform that connects us with our clients, regardless of their location. They can easily call us using their mobile phones even if they step outside their office.
