What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a highly convenient tool that is perfectly compatible with Hub Spot, and it efficiently saves and records calls and their details for reviewing. It makes physical telephones obsolete, lets us make and receive calls anytime, as well as it features a mobile app version. This helps us work even when we’re away from our desktop computers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It fails now and then. For example, there are moments when it doesn’t save entries in the Hub Spot. It also has significant voice latency that makes me appear unresponsive to callers. This is a significant problem for me since I’m working on the helpdesk of our company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is useful for us to work anytime and anywhere because it makes physical telephones unnecessary, and it efficiently runs through the web. Also, its mobile app lets us receive and answer calls using our mobile phones, which is a big help when working from home.
