What are the best aspects of this product?

Aircall enables us to connect with our clients and colleagues wherever they are in the world. Employees have a powerful platform that provides clear and fast connection to discuss ideas and close deals around the world. On top of that, the sound quality is top notch, crisp, and crystal clear.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any problems with Aircall as it is now although I would say they need to work on their product so that the user can still enjoy the benefits even if he is having a slow internet connection or calling from his mobile device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aircall links me to my marketing influencers without any hitch. This makes our communication streamlined and clear, allowing me to explain our brand to my influencers, brainstorm on ideas, and discuss just about anything.
