What are the best aspects of this product?
Aircall lets me do my thing from just about anywhere. I love how versatile the platform is that even if I am mobile, I remain productive. With Aircall, I can take calls using my mobile phone when I step out of the office. That said, I can my schedule up so I won't receive calls when I am spending time on other important matters, like eating dinner with my loved ones or late at night when I have to rest.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I used to hate how the quality of the calls drop when my internet is lagging. But Aircall has improved significantly since then.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We now use a single phone number to take all company related calls. This is a huge plus especially since we are all remote employees and we don't want to deal with the hassles of giving out our personal or individual phone numbers.
