PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use and the ability to launch a new phone number with a few clicks were my reason to become a customer of Aircall. As a customer, I found out how user-friendly the Aircall applications are and that's definitely a plus. If their customer service was just as good as their applications, I might even recommend people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think tacitly and unilaterally changing the terms of an agreement is a sin for every self-respecting company. On my invoice of this month suddenly there was a different amount. This was $ 12.00 since March 2016, but it was suddenly raised to $ 40.00. The same amount appeared to have been debited from my credit card last month.

Inquiry resulted in a story about emails in which they would have announced the change. I never received these emails, otherwise I would have taken immediate action. Fortunately, the last bill has been refunded now. I do, however, want to warn people who are considering using Aircall: price increases are made without notice.

Better customer service and communications

I needed a phone-number for registration at Chamber of Commerce - never really used the Aircall app intensively.
