What are the best aspects of this product?

The setup is quick and painless even for those who have little technical expertise. The platform has a very simple and user-friendly interface and everything is so easy right out of the box.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I lament the fact that it does not offer cross platform support for phones. There are also a number of better alternatives out there when it comes to costs across the board. There are cheaper solutions definitely.

Aircall solves our need to have a friendly platform that allows to route our calls to our team members, many of them located in various locations around the world.
