What are the best aspects of this product?
Aircall is user-friendly, which translates to quick adoption and implementation for our business. The transition from Talkdesk was seamless and took less amount of time than expected. Once we got Aircall running, our agents are on a roll.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It lacks Hipchat integration but this is more of a niche need than anything else. I would welcome lots of third party integration although it already works with ZenDesk.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Aircall provided us with an affordable, versatile phone app that suits the technology we implement. We are saving hundreds of dollars a year, which means we have more money to spend on employee benefits.
