The setup was quick and easy. In a matter of seconds, you have a reliable and professional customer support, which is quite appealing to your customers. We love how neatly the voicemail is implemented both for setup and handling the inflow of voicemails from clients.

We have some issues with the quality of the sound.

We needed something that is reliable and effective to help us with our customer service and Aircall is that application. We are in full control. Before, we use Skype and that was a disaster.
