What are the best aspects of this product?

Airtable provides a convenient and friendly approach to tracking and managing your performance from operations to sales. A major feature I find useful is its wide reaching support system, allowing easy access and sharing of several documents in whatever format. Highly customizable and effortless to set up, the platform lets you tailor your own page to your most workable preference without altering that of other users. Airtable also serves as a trouble-free communication channel even for huge teams, making it an ideal platform for those who juggle multiple job orders and interact with different people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Most of us have one or two horror stories with customer service but Airtable's tend to be a regular disappointment when it comes to responding promptly to customer queries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Airtable has drastically reduced our heavy reliance on various multiple softwares. It resolved long dealt-with operational issues such as having a database with record you can lay out in digital editable spreadsheets to having a free flow of data sharing between different divisions.
