What are the best aspects of this product?

Airtable's overall layout is very user-friendly can perform tasks and manage our entire network with a few clicks. The visuals also help users easily find what we need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A feature that Airtable is lacking but would be great to provide is a correspondence channel where users woking on a document can coordinate more extensively, as oppposed to the current limitations of only assigning tasks ang giving instructions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Airtable, our collaboration has been more systematic and we didn't have to huddle as regularly as we used to.
