What are the best aspects of this product?

Airtable has an extensive selection of templates which we can use for various tasks. All templates allow inputting of as many details as we want for sharing with team members. The design of these templates allow drag-and-drop, as well as gives sufficient spacing to seprate windows from widgets to avoid confusion. Airtable had aimed for a fully positive customer experience and, based on our experience, has undoubtedly achieved it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software remains to have much room for improvement in terms of making grids, data, and other structures modifiable. Some such as calendar events just disappered and those are crucial.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Airtable, communication became easier and clearer. It cut the additional layer of communication which involves clarification or verification through text or call.
