What are the best aspects of this product?

Airtable was a pivotal tool in helping our team work effectively online, cutting the need for physical meetings that are difficult to achieve with complete attendance especially if it invovles a handufl of people with different schedules. The platform, with it's simple design, gives ease in editing primary information on the content.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Airtable's structure does not allow alterations as much as I would like, contrary to my preference for customization in almost every aspect to narrow down the functions to what we need primarily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Accessibility is the biggest pro with Airtable. Information on tasks are shared real-time, and notifiations are highly reliable.
