Share tasks with your team, add comments, attach files, and edit simultaneously across your group's network in real-time, and even by only using your mobile phone. Its file sharing feature is superb, same for its data retrieval which allows you to recover files deleted.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Airtable does not allow supplementing of historical information of stories, search for prospective clients, full and efficient integration with other customer platforms. There is restraint in the basic use of Gantt charting. Over all, the design makes it challenging to move around with ease.
