What are the best aspects of this product?

Airtablewas a big help to overall management helping us identify which metrics are relevant in measuring our performance. I'm always kept up-to-date with whatever is happening within the company, on what certain project. And thanks to the very comprehensive guide on its use, there was zero issue among members.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price is relatively higher than the platform we had been used to.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to enlist aspects of operations that need further improvements. In addition, Airtable gave me full control with the extensive insight it gives on each area, including those whose progress I used to have only meager information on.
