What are the best aspects of this product?

You can go anywhere in the modern world and they will likely know or have heard of Alexa. The volume of users itself is already astounding. And rightfully so because Alexa does its job well. It can take notes for you, among other day-to-day tasks that it can assist you with. It’s quite responsive, all things considered. You don’t have to spend a bulk of your time repeating yourself because Alexa can easily translate your speech into action right away. I know the developers are continually adding more features into this program, and I honestly can’t wait to see what else they have in store for users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Alexa, somehow, only keeps the history of your intent and not the text in its database. Plus, you better prepare for days of frustration when your request isn’t matched by the right response. These, and the fact that they are still not available to developers, all is good otherwise.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My company and I have been able to develop a better relationship with our customers, thanks to Alexa.
