PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The efficiency of the service hasn't declined over the time. It has raised the rate of our operation and it is very easy to use for our staff and managers. The orders are also forwarded precisely to the kitchen. It has excellent customer service from BEC Denver from the time it was built.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Before, we could just change the touch interface or the chipset. Now, the machines have become exlusive. Lately, we have to spend few grands on updates and device maintenance to be able to operate on new versions of the program to keep us PCI qualified on credit card transactions

Also, creating new staff and new products is difficult because we need to close down the front-end to update. Switching to BOH was also a downgrade and is incovenient to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Orders are forwarded precisely to the kitchen and it raised the rate of our operation.

Not much administrative work is needed and gathering of revenue and salary details is more accurate than before as it is now automated for our finance team.
