What are the best aspects of this product?

Aloha has an organized system and is easy to use. It is consistent everywhere. If I ever transfer to a new restaurant, I won't feel intimidated as many dining establishments uses this program that I know too well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that it crashes more frequent than normal. It went down many times. I don't know if it's on the establishment's end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It only took 10 minutes to update the system. Downloading all the details and restarting the whole program was pretty quick too.
