What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that I can easily configure and merge the tabs. I like that it can also easily print checks for patrons. It is definitely the most effective system I have used so far in restaurant business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't change the name after I start a tab. It's very annoying because not all establishments lets you modify a tab.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aloha never went down ever since I used it as the main POS system. It can be learned quickly and used easily. It is extremely effective even during rush time.
