What are the best aspects of this product?

By introducing online applications such as Pulse to track actual-time data and Configuration Center to handle various locations and internet sales, NCR has turned Aloha into an advanced POS platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Without the foresighted outlook of the NCR tech experts, users have learned their lessons. The team, before redesigning the softwares, should pay more attention to its user requirements and should also offer discounted trial run for software that haven't set for launch yet. The commitment time isn't really apparent once you register. Most software need to have a substantial setup but there's minimal to zero installation assistance from NCR.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aloha has many innovative functions for special setups and is very effective in serving dish and meal handling. But the greatest advantage is the reliability of the POS software.
