It's user friendly that even non-technical staff won't be having a hard time using it for front end and management. It's simply clever.

For me, Aloha is perfect and without flaws. It is far more superior than its competitors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's an all in one POS program that everybody can use with ease. It has reliable cost, revenue and inventory monitoring. Plus, it has on-premise software with cloud service but you can still use it even without the internet!
