This is my most preferred POS among those I have used over the time in food and beverages industry

It has crashed very seldom. It was user-friendly and easy to configure for our tech team and even for our servers and managers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am at the computer mostly and as its user, I have nothing to comment bad about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's very simple to explain to staff how to use it because of how flexible it is.
