What are the best aspects of this product?
Aloha is very organized and there aren't much unnecessary actions needed to take to order. It's the easiest POS program I have ever used!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don't like is that the ticket can't be submitted if I won't add water to every meal. Also, I would love it if I can modify the color scheme, too, in the future update.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The coordination between the back-end and front-end are more organized and the program doesn't malfunction too much.
