What are the best aspects of this product?

Price: The price of Altaro is very competitive when looking at all solutions for Hyper v backup Altaro was one of the cheapest solutions with the features our company needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem I have come across so far was a corrupt backup but Altaro health check picked up on this and the problem was rectified.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A free cloud console to manage my different sites as the price jump to the next version is worth it for this one feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Backup time was greatly reduced also after using Altaro for a while I realised it was a product I could rely upon and allowed me to sleep at night knowing I was covered for any problems that arose.

Another thing that greatly helped was the offsite backup solution made offsite backups so much easier and quicker compared to my previous solution.
