Altaro has been a solid product with very few issues

What are the best aspects of this product?

Every time I use Altaro it works and that is the most important aspect. It's easy to use and doesn't seem to crash.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've had some problems with backups of hyper-v's on server 2016 it's inconsistent but they were not able to fix the issue for me.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to be able to write the backups up to AWS .

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gave redundancy in our backups for any hyper-v systems so we use acronis backups and altaro, acronis is mediocre at best so i use Altaro as a fail safe backup in the event acronis fails me.
