What are the best aspects of this product?

Altaro's Software offers the whole copy of every VM and all data. Its interface is user-friendly and the setup doesn’t take so much time. We have been using this software for more than 2 years and we have experienced few issues with this product. We were able to do more than 10 restores over the years and each one was successful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see an integration with some cloud services for storage offsite. Also, sometimes we have to delete the backup of the server because it stops with the backing up. It would be great if they could include ISCSI drives in the backup.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have to do a backup plan every year. And this product meets all our needs. Thanks to this one we are able to organize our storage at every site as a backup storage. Also, we are able to back up our 2nd copy to cloud service. We cannot ask for more.
