Allows for simple offsite backup and options for offsite to Azure.

Nice dedup features and even continuous data protection (high frequency backup schedule)

Price is considerably less than similar competitor products.

An upgrade is relatively smooth but requires re-install of software.

Software is updated probably twice a year and requires re-install to take advantage of new features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This gave us a production-grade backup for our VMs and allowed for quick restore of those VMs to other hosts when needed. It also gave us options for offsite copies that we did not have previously.
