PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to install, configure, and maintain. Offsite backups are generally very reliable as well. Any problems we have had with offsite copies have been network related.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
More detailed error reporting and online help to make it easier to resolve issues on our own.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Even though it may be outside the scope of the backup software, it would be nice if there was a bare-metal type backup/restore available for the VM host as well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to stop the practice of swapping USB hard drives for our offsite copies and send the offsite copies to a branch office instead. All stored on NAS devices.
