What are the best aspects of this product?
I certainly like the fact that I can trust Altaro to consistently handle backups and the space available.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The error reporting at times can be quite vague
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Perhaps a visual snapshot comparison thumbnail would be a good idea
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As run a primarily virtual environment, The product has allowed us to safely manage and restore vms whenever we require.

We are working on more verbose error messaging, and we are putting efforts into publishing additional KB articles which error messages can link to, in order to provide a ‘next step’ for each error scenario. However, this is not always possible and sometimes we simply need to look into further logging to provide further recommendations and solutions -- in those cases you will of course find our team ready to help, quickly!
