What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use, worked with the AOT team and recommended the solutions to several clients and they all have positive feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were bugs but the hot fixes were done quickly when our clients reflected to their team.

A easy selection of services of different vendors in their directory, so that the consumers can choose between brands and services.
