Membership Packages and Subscriptions

Both one-time packages, as well as recurring subscriptions, are standard features of AOT. In addition, packages and subscriptions can be redeemed in multiple ways, including service-based, amount-based, and time-based. Subscriptions can be configured to renew over your chosen duration period (monthly, yearly, etc.), roll over unused credits, stop payments after a fixed period that you decide, and more.

Recurring subscription payments are charged automatically via credit card. Payments can also be taken from the online booking page via your own Stripe account. AOT does not charge any additional fees or commissions for your online payments.

Custom, Branded App

Every customer today wants to use an app to make bookings. AOT provides a custom, branded progressive web app for your customers out of the box. Simply set up your business and your custom booking app is ready to be installed. Your clients can install the app simply by accessing your booking page URL on their mobile phone – there’s no need to visit the App Store or Google Play Store store to download it.

Native Multi-Location and Multiple Location Spaces

Many scheduling platforms either require a separate account for each location or fail to handle multiple locations, meaning lots of extra work (and cost) for you. With AOT, multi-location comes built-in. With native multi-location, you can operate and scale your business with ease.

Business owners with multiple rooms or spaces in their location to offer classes or services can also subdivide your location into spaces, setting a unique capacity for each space to ensure that you are never over (or under) booked.

Digital Point of Sale

For a service-based business, many of your sales are in-person. Sales for your business are first and foremost for you, and a fully digital and easy-to-use point of sale is a key feature in AOT.

Payroll and Commission Management

Running a successful business means your employees are rewarded, which often requires meticulously managing pay and commissions. The software integrates commissions into the digital point of sale and your payroll report, which can be exported to Excel or your payroll system of choice

Your Booking Page can be customized to include a language switcher and displayed to your clients in literally any set of languages you choose.

Student and Instruction Sign-in Kiosk

A Sign-in Kiosk helps keep track of your student and your staff attendance and helps ensure that your payroll reports at the end of each month are accurate. It’s also a great feature to help your students confirm they are in the right class and to inform walk-in students whether spots are available in the current class.
