What are the best aspects of this product?
Working with AOT compared to my previous scheduling software (Acuity Scheduling) has been amazing.
I really love how easy to use the software is, and it has all the features I need, including class booking, multiple locations, managing my staff, payroll reporting, custom notifications, and even a sign-in kiosk! The fact that it is multi-lingual makes it great for my students as well when they are booking classes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Once in a while I run into issues or errors that I need to contact support to help resolve, but luckily the customer support is available through live chat and has always been able to sort out my issues. One time I ran into an issue where I could not enter my package remaining amount using a decimal amount (the system only accepted whole numbers), and the AOT team updated the software with a fixed version with a few days.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd love to have the ability to further customize the notifications that are sent out to users, and see more functionality in the sign-in kiosk. The team has let me know these new features will be delivered over the next few weeks!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Mainly the fact that our previous software was hard to use and we had to make a lot of hacks in the product for it to work for us. AOT works for us perfectly as is, even with multiple locations, different rooms, many staff with different hours, different types of memberships, etc.
In addition, the fact that the previous system was only available in English was a major issue for my chinese speaking students and staff. Having multiple languages on both the back-end and the booking page is a huge plus for us!

Interface was much too hard to use, only had english on the front end and booking page, had to hack the system to make it work for us which took a lot of effort and upkeep.

Yes, extremely satisfied with AOT. It has all the features we need and fits our business model much better. In addition, the AOT team is always working with us to make the product better.
