What are the best aspects of this product?

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love the deals that Amazon Pay offers regularly. It helps that this is a pretty straightforward payment platform too. I’ve always felt secure in using it and all of my payments have been successful so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, Amazon Pay only has a limited reach. It cannot carry out transactions beyond its area of operations yet. I also wish that the developers would come up with an app that is independent to its parent solution, Amazon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reliability and ease—these are the two things that Amazon Pay offers. Unlike other platforms, I can actually rest easy in the knowledge that my payment will go through. No more constant worrying and no more clicking around just to try to get a better feel of the platform.
