What are the best aspects of this product?

Pay With Amazon's SDK gives you both the speed of implementation of something really fast and the possibility of implementing the service with a huge amount of customization that you can set up. Its openness for customization provides users the things they might need down the road in order to give their customers the best experience possible. This helps cut the impact of the different providers which may adversely affect the business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its usage is not as widespread as that of PayPal unfortunately. Even though Amazon is a leader in e-commerce, still not everyone around trusts it. Moreover, it is somehow hard to get to the implementation part if you are outside the US, but it's pretty easy once you get used to it and you start implementing it as a payment solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed something the users can use in order to pay instances of one-time charges instead of paying a monthly fee if they just need a one time help with the products, right from the mobile app. The service lets us provide that option, giving customers more payment choices that better fits their needs. We also found it a good payment option to present when dealing with less "network-ready" users, as the brand name can be more famous; it can really make the difference
