What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Amazon for about 8 years now and this company is definitely heading in the right direction, especially with Pay With Amazon. Their technology and inspiring insights just keep getting better year after year with new and innovative idea coming out. The ease of use the service provides is simply beneficial to everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customer support line could use some improvement. I am also not a big fan of the GUI screen and would like that to be more clear and to the point with what you are trying to do there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I go to Amazon more for my own personal pleasure than for business. But as far as the whole business aspect of Amazon is concerned, I believe they are doing a fine job at it. It really helps me out a lot when I get to do everyday things easily, without the stress involved.
