Except for overcommitment by the Sales team, nothing.

1. Highly unstable Solution
2. Poor Support System
3. No coordination/tie-up with Telco provider
4. No Backup system in place
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
After the horrific experience we have gone through, I am not even thinking to see any version. I have already decided to change the provider
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
They promised to solve all lot of issues when they pitched it but their product and support is not capable enough to deliver on them consistently.
