What are the best aspects of this product?
It's a simple and handy tool. The API is great for app integration and customization. I like the fact the integration is straightforward. No frills or whatsoever. It can easily integrate with whatever it is that I throw at: emails, telephony, and websites.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There were some things that I didn't like with this tool. For example, it's not useful if you intend to make it last several months (or more) in sales. The graphical interface is also limited in some way. It has very little functionality to making customizations. It would be nice to have a little more of that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I like using amoCRM compared to other CRMs for small or medium-sized business segments. This tool works most efficiently in the sales department since it comes with awesome features: scheduler, mail integration, and telphony integration. If you feel you want your system personalized, for the API integration.
