amoCRM is the best software we have used so far. The interface is simple and intuitive, and not overloaded with unnecessary details. It is easy to follow the work of sellers as well as all stages of transactions. We are able to use our rules processing to process all leads effectively. The analytics feature helps us to measure the effectiveness of each channel. We can attract clients directly in the CRM and track those that do the most cash transactions. The vendor constantly keeps updating the software and makes it better with new integrations and features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only drawback is I am not able to create new reports within the system.
