What are the best aspects of this product?

amoCRM is an ideal app for small and mid-size businesses. The user interface is friendly and you don’t need to read the documentation to learn to use the system. Key metrics and prepared business sales process are built into the solution. The sales structure is already worked out for you. Managers love using the system. Plus, the app offers many readymade integrations and you can easily connect it to your site using Wordpress without the need to do any programming.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only minus point I cannot install the mobile app on my Nexus tablet.
