There are a couple of drawbacks: there is no documents editor and the app can only be used for the sales process.

I have been using amoCRM for a long time, first as a normal user and now my company is their integrator partner. The app is simple yet versatile. You can call it a little Salesforce. You can create your own modules to modify the interface. Plus, you can use the API to integrate it with other business apps. The user interface is simple and I recommend this software to all users.
