What are the best aspects of this product?

AnswerDash allows you to quickly add Q&A to your sites. You can easily add and manage Q&A. You can use the software to encourage adoption by the customer service team and to quickly review Q&A within the AnswerDash dashboard. It allows you to use rich media in the answers, you can insert screenshots and videos so your users can have better understanding. Its AnswerBase feature is well received by our clients and customer support team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The dashboard was a bit confusing in the past, but they have released new version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us too reduce the amount of calls and emails to the customer service team via self-help. We are able to save huge amount of time and point users to answers that contain lot of media ( photos and videos).
