As effective as any existing office suite

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like using this tool because of the frequent updates that it gets, ensuring that it remains compatible with a lot of other software out there. While other companies try to come up with software that can only be opened by their product, this one like to stay on top and be compatible with all of them, and I really appreciate that as a user. The file quality is good enough to use for business, and I can be confident in using it to create official contracts, internal memos, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to say that the entire suite of programs can be quite large and taxing on the computer. I also would like to see a mobile Android version made available. I also think they should refine the design even further because there are times that I use Microsft Office because it does look much more refined. That said, the files I produce on this program are just as good as the ones I make on Microsoft Office.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have been able to use this tool to ensure that my spelling is correct, even if the files I come up with aren't submitted to other people. When I write emails or other other copy I can use the text application to look for punctuation errors and incorrect spelling. Thanks to this, my writing is actually much better than when I write directly on an email platform like Outlook or Gmail.
