What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the simplicity of the signup process. There wasn't a lot of instructions I had to go through to be able to grasp how to use this. The menu items and icons were all so user-friendly. Getting the latest version only required a click from me and I really appreciated that. I also like that there are versions available for both PC and Mac since I use both kinds for my job. I can also be confident that if I convert files to a different type, there won't be any huge changes from the orginal formatting I've done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that there is more leeway to customize when it comes to the installation process since there are a number of applications that I don't regularly use but are installed when you get this suite of programs. I like having just the applications I need and keeping my system light, I'd be so happy to see future versions. They could also improve the spreadsheet program since it can get a little complicated adding visual charts there. I've also experienced a loss of the original formatting when I convert files made here to other rich text file types.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have been able to utilize a good spreadsheet, thanks to this tool! Not to mention that it's free which is why it is popularly used in the market, constant updates on top of that leveraging its competitiveness among other office suites.
